What happens during the first consultation?
The first consultation is a calm, private conversation where we listen to your situation and outline the options available to you. There is no obligation to proceed further. We'll prepare a brief written overview so you have something to reflect on afterwards.
How long does the process usually take?
Timelines vary considerably depending on the service and each family's circumstances. We don't set unnecessary deadlines. A straightforward agreement review may take a few days; a parenting plan involving multiple conversations might span several weeks. We work at a pace that feels right for you.
Are your services only for Thai nationals?
Not at all. We work with families from many different backgrounds living in or connected to Thailand. Our services are in English and we are experienced in situations that involve more than one nationality or jurisdiction.
How much will it cost?
Each service has a starting price — Separation Advice from ฿1,430, Parenting Plan Support from ฿2,960, and Agreement Drafting & Review from ฿4,110. The total cost depends on your specific needs and how many sessions or documents are involved. We discuss this openly before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Is everything I share kept private?
Yes. Confidentiality is fundamental to how we work. Nothing you share with us will be passed to anyone else without your knowledge and agreement. We follow strict professional standards in this regard.
Can we meet in person or is everything done remotely?
Both options are available. Our office is at 215 Yaowarat Road in Bangkok and we are happy to meet in person. We also work effectively over video call, which suits some families better — particularly those based outside Bangkok.
